Just a hunch..try and kill the group which you can see on the radar.

Quite often, with those quests you also have to kill the mob which surrounds them.

If not, it is most likely a bug and you may have to rezone.

this quest is bugged because drogo does not always drop the quest item you need to complete it. the workaround is to keep rezoning and killing him until he drops the thing you need and get a quest update. it shouldnt take more than 3 or 4 tries

This just happened to me an hour ago as well... re-zoned and killed him, his mobs, everything in site on the map, 3x, still no quest item... rest of PUG got frustrated and left... they should fix this. :P
